BADMAC Constitution, Revision 2, 2021

Included here and available to download is the Constitution of the Bairnsdale and District Model Aero Club Inc, Revision 2, current 17th August 2021.

Statement of purpose

The purposes of our Incorporated Association are:

• To promote the sport of model aircraft flying.
• To facilitate the training of members in the controlling and safe handling of model aircraft.
• To facilitate model aircraft flying competition.

Solely for the purpose of furthering the purpose set out above, the Association shall be operated within these rules.

Constitution Revision 2

• Additional Membership Category of Associate Member added. Refer Section 2.
• Inserted the Voting Rights of all membership categories.
• Amended Clause 51 to read “The Association shall have seven (7) fee structures”.

The foregoing amendments proposed and carried at the Annual Meeting held on 17th August 2021.
